01 Sep Normandy Channel Race Win
After six full days of exciting racing, Ned and Sam crossed the finish line to win the Normandy Channel Race 2012 (Saturday 8th September). It was a battle right up to the last moment with Campagne de France finishing close behind.
Ned and Sam took the lead this morning – the last 10 hours have been incredibly close match-racing with less than a mile separating Concise from Campagne de France for the last 80 miles of the race.
We spoke to them briefly at the finish, both were incredibly excited and looking forward to a beer!
